Group Fitness Classes




MPLPT is pleased to offer Barre classes taught by certified Barre Instructors. Barre is a high intensity low impact workout that focuses on stability and muscle toning. Classes are appropriate for all activity and age levels with options to challenge yourself regardless of your current fitness level. Benefits of attending regular barre classes include, but are not limited to: improved balance, stability with functional movements, increased muscle tone, and a safe workout for pre- and post-partum. Classes are 45 minutes allowing for a quality workout and a little sweat with plenty of time to cool down and stretch at the end of class.

Meet The Teachers



Brynn Ayala, PT, DPT; certified Barre Instructor


Brynn began her Barre journey in 2022 in Kaneohe, HI where she fell in love with the stability exercises and ability for anyone to participate in the classes with whatever modifications they need. Originally raised in Portland, Oregon, Brynn grew up with nerve damage in her left shoulder that exposed her to the importance of perseverance and extensive knowledge of human body mechanics. Despite her physical limitations, Brynn has a deep passion for physical conditioning and has participated in competitive sports all her life. Brynn joined the MPLPT family in the Summer of 2023 and is excited to immerse herself in the community and help others achieve their fitness goals whether through PT specifically or through group exercise classes. She is eager to have you in class and happy to discuss any need for modifications so that everyone feels comfortable and welcome!
